Brickville 1.0 - A New Town (June, 2011)
(Main Picture - The View Down Furnace street, my classic picture)
About this creation
Welcome to Brickville! I've completely redone Legotown, which was taken down in an hour on May 21, 2011 and I began work that day. The layout, however, was not finished until June 2. Although it is close to finished for this year, I still need the Space Center set AND add backs to the buildings with bricks from the Pick - A - Brick wall next time I go to the Lego Store.

Town Stats -
Name - Brickville
Population - Approx. 200
Streets -
Highway 2, Known as Waterfront Drive in City limits
Furnace Street, The towns Main street, runs from one end of the town to the other (Also houses the modular buildings)
Airport Road, the road by the airport.

(Trackdraw Map coming soon)

Piece the next two pictures together in your head to get a full view of Brickville

The next picture is of the Marina area. Almost all 2011 sets there.

A picture of Brickville General Airport, located on Airport road.

I'm going to update soon, after I get a lot more Green Baseplates and a new computer.

Quoting Augustin "AG" Lee One big city!! However, I don't see too many custom buildings. Have I missed any?
I'm changing the layout, and with the new layout, it will become mostly custom buildings.

Quoting Kevin Gramlich I second that... though your first layout rocked, too.
Well, Legotown wasn't my first layout. I've been doing layouts since I was 7. I just didn't bother to take pictures until my June 2010 layout (Which was not very good, BTW.)

Quoting Kevin Gramlich Looks great! It's definitely got a distinct 'city' feel to it.
Thanks Kevin! I think it's my best layout yet.
