Wow it’s been awhile! Well this is another female MOC. And there is a reason why I did 2 female MOCs in a row, which you will find out why as soon as you read her backstory.

Just a few shots before we get onto the story.
BACKSTORY
A little after the creation of the universe and the first Toa team, the being known as Karzahni tried to take over the position of the Great Spirit, Mata-Nui by inventing a weapon which could draw artifacts of power from alternate time streams and dimensions. However, on a test run, Karzahni’s weapon melted down and broke open a rift into a new dimension containing some of these legendary artifacts, and their guardians. The first Toa team was dispatched by the late Hand of Artakha to close the rift and collect the artifacts of power.
And they succeeded, but during a fight against an alternate-universe Vezon and Fenrahk, Helryx was struck by a blast from the Spear of Separation.
What was separated from her body no one noticed, but a small, armored snake appeared right afterwards. What they didn’t figure out until later, was that this creature was once the small amount of mischief and evil that even Helryx had in her. The confused creature followed Helryx, because she was the only thing it knew besides it’s name: Xyrleh. (Zer-leh)
When their mission was complete, the Toa left the rift and closed it. Xyrleh followed.
After closing the strange dimension, foiling Karzahni’s evil plans, and hiding all of the artifacts in safe places, Helryx noticed a sickly-looking creature slithering behind her. Through her caring nature, she nursed it back to heath, unknowingly helping the pure evil being grow stronger.
Then something shocking happened, Xyrleh grew enough strength to fend for herself, and in doing so, attacked one of Helryx’s Toa team. Without hesitation, Helryx forced the evil creature away into the wild to fend for itself.
But that was a mistake. It soon found a village and started sucking the life force out of wandering matoran.
Village after village it raided and destroyed until it finally, it grew a full body and set of appendages. The Hand of Artakha just couldn’t ignore this threat any longer. But Xyrleh had plans of her own. She was looking for something.
One of the legendary artifacts of power was hidden in a village on the same island that Xyrleh was on.
The Legendary Sword of Destruction, Lævateinn. (Lava-ten) Said to be able to bring down entire city blocks in a single swing.
Even though the artifact was quite powerful, When Helryx and her team arrived the battle was quick to see a winner. Xyrleh was not yet a great fighter.
Years past while Xyrleh was imprisoned by the HoA. Much later, when the Hand of Artakha disbanded and was replaced by the Order of Mata-Nui, the prisoners had to be transported to the new headquarters.
During the transport, Xyrleh broke free and slaughtered the Toa that were moving her. From their gear and the remains of the mobile prison cell she crafted new tools and armor for herself and obtained a Kanohi Crast, Mask of Repulsion.
She then gave herself a new name: Flandrex.

Flandrex: Bah…

Really cool! The wings are a bit too colorful, but I'd just assume that's because you didn't have enough white or silver little blades too complete it... If that's why, then I know how you feel.

Very nice moc!Though I find the wings too colorful(but I'm sure there's a reason to it on the backstory).I love all the poses,and the photoshop works very well too!Nice job,keep it up!
Haha! You got the reference! Yes, this MOC is based off of Flandre from the Touhou games. But the story itself is completley original I assure you. BTW the song is named U.N. Owen. Not the character.
A great backstory, but this is only coming from someone who doesn't know much about U.N. Owen besides the theme. I can't help but think you've taken a lot of her own backstory and pasted it into Flanderx's... In any case, the MOC itself is very well made.
