About this creation










From this side are the four squardron launch tubes, each containing four fighter launch tubes, allowing fighters to be launched from the Prometheus, BattleStar Galactica style.





The Prometheus's main weapon: The ElectroMagnetic Coilgun (A hybrid between a Plasma Cannon and a Coilgun, designed to fire large blobs of superheated ionized gas surrounding a metal core that gives off a burst of EMP when it impacts an enemy ship.)




The front features the forward observatory post which also acts as the main targeting control center for the EMCoilgun. The two structures beside the bridge are the Forward Shield Emitter Control and the Forward Weapons Control.





The main weapon systems on the Prometheus: Tesla Coilguns. (Coilguns that fire large tungsten depleted uranium slugs charged with electricity from capacitors at each side of the turret. Multiple shots from a weapon like this would overcharge shields/ electrical systems within the enemy ship.)





The bridge.





The Hanger (The little boxy thing) and docking bay.





The communications and radar array.





The engines. (Most likely to be Interstellar Ramjets or Ion Engines)





The hull of the Dreadnought features an observation post and several Point Defence Cannons, Electromagnetic Countermeasures stations and missile tubes.

Really good job i like the claw like thing around the big gun though maybe the launch jetty tubey thimgs could have been more tobe like and longer

Very, very nicely done. I think I've fallen in love with your cannon design. Very unique. The overall appearance of the ship has a nice buttery smooth feel to it. Fantastic work! Can't wait to see more. ^Blub^
