This is my first venture into the world that is Metal Legion, so please, go easy on me. Whether I did this right or not, at least it gave me an excuse to put minifigs on a plate.
About this creation
The whole crew, without weapons.
This is Bob Ransom, the leader of the militia. He is very well trained in the art of blades: knives, swords, even spears. He is left handed and does not usually go out with the team.
Next up is Rocky "Tiger" Wallace. He is NOT a Jedi or Sith. He is just really good with a lightsaber. Enough said.
Tiger gets his nickname from the color of the lightsaber, his hair color(orange and black), and his undershirt has a picture of a tiger on it.
Moe Burton is the small arms master. Everything from a 9mm to an Uzi is easily controlled by Moe.
He is pictured here with his personal favorite, a tommy gun.
Tim Grimm is a master of large arms. He fits the persona to a tee: big, strong guy, doesn't talk much, loves big guns.
Trust me, you do NOT want to be on his bad side. And whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk about how his name rhymes.
Pictured here is Dusty Redsor, or "Red". What could his specialty be?
Explosives technician of course. See that remote in his hand? Yeah, it's for the 900 pounds of C4 he just attached to your base. (Enter explosion noise here...) ALL UR BASE ARE BELONG TO RED.
The militia are ready with their weapons to go on their next mission! Go get 'em, TEM!
4th Wall Commentary:
So, yeah, that's the group. I hope the outfits are okay, and yes Bob is supposed to have a different shirt, it makes it easier to tell the ranks. In the rest of the Mocs, I plan on having the visors always down. You can still tell who's who by their weapon, so think of this as a reference page. And by the way, TEM is Tennessee Epic Militia (I'm hoping the name will help distinguish me from the other Tennessee Militia). Thanks for checking out the squad!

Mr. Somewhat Epic Lego Guy. Never open with a plea for mercy: "please, go easy on me." It's the Metal Legion, not the "please go easy on me Legion". Bring your METAL, and you will be fine. I'll always have a soft spot for Blacktron. Just wish I had more torsos. Check my MOC http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/272140, I have a few Alpha Team torsos as well. I just wish Lego could re-release some of the "vintage" figures. I was six when Blacktron came out and therefore too young to appreciate it. Loving the MOC and welcome to the Metal Militia. |

I am aware that most militia members are not skilled in the art of the lightsaber, but the technology level is the same as Star Wars, so why not have a little fun? And besides, you can't say that having a lightsaber will useless, now can you? Also, about the "Epic" in the militia name. I added that to make it easier for people to tell the difference between Archon's militia and my own. Plus, Epic is in my username. I wanted to put my handle on my militia, you know? But hey, thanks for the comment! |
