My first Insurrection mission! I was sent ahead to snipe innies in the trenches. The rest of my team would be along soon. I needed to eliminate any visible threat I could...

About this creation

I assessed my situation.

Two innies guarding this section...

Two innies using the trenches for transportation.

I took aim at the innie with two SMGs and fired.

He fell with a loud thump.
The other innie fired rapidly in my direction.

I jumped back, but not without injury to my suit. A few bullets had skimmed various places.

I grabbed a frag from my belt and threw it down.

He tried to jump, but was blown away.

I looked for the one with blue clothing I had seen earlier.

He was knocked off of his feet despite his cover. He was slowly recovering.

I didn't even notice the gray helmeted innie until I felt two distinct shots in my back.

My vision went blurry...

I stared at the sky forgetting why I was here... and then it all hit me in one painful headache. My rifle was on the edge...

I lunged for it and shot my attacker quickly.

The other innie saw his opportunity and shot toward my chest.

I pulled back and faked death.

I fell back into some foliage and checked my rifles clip... only one bullet. My fake was going to pay off.

I looked down at him. He was resting and trying to radio some friends.

I dropped the barrel of my rifle and *Bam*.

He fell with a bullet to the head.

I needed to regroup for ammo and medical attention.

Another personal victory. Hoo-rah!

Quoting Eric 'Hawk' Mickle My only complaint is the use of the term 'blaster', there is no such weapon in the Halo Universe. You can go edit out blaster and replace it with SMG, that term wroks better. >Eric
