For Bio-thon 2011 for team T.A.N ! You've seen rakshi of lightning by other mocists (blue and white) but you never saw thunder, and this is a female rakshi..... It can control mini blue lightning that is in the air and whenever she does, it is LOUD! She can throw explosive lightning grenades and various little powers that i "stole" from inFAMOUS! LOL This rakshi only acts as a support for lightning rakshi.

nice she-rahkshi. it's pretty good, but the legs need to be buffed up and it's not the most custom. although i must say VERY nice use of those av-matoran arms, and the skirt is well-done. 3/5.

Sweet MOC. Like the colors and overall design, the skirt thing was a nice touch. Maybe the legs could be buffed up a bit, and the weapon is a little awkward, but the creation is fine like this.
