What I like about this is the rotor, pretty unique design there, but it could use some more work on the other parts of the ship.

You have good construction technique and some pretty good ideas, but I'm not sure I really like how it looks aesthetically. It doesn’t really look PCS to me either. Actually, it reminds me of a helicopter gunship. Maybe a second version along those lines would work better.
