Akai's pet owl! (no relation to Owl the Owl)

About this creation

Nightwing's species is known as the Death Owl. They're around matoran size with powerful claws, but they are very peaceful creatures. They appear only when natural disasters occur thus matoran and agori have called these creatures Death Owls, blaming it for the disaster. They appear to warn the matoran/agori when danger occurs. Akai met one before his time with the Toa Eldin. The poor owl was injured and Akai took care of it and Akai decided to name it Nightwing. Akai uses Nightwing as a messenger owl to have it fly messages from one place to another. He even used to to deliver warning messages to villages if they are in danger.

Nightwing: Chirp Chirp (That's a cool name! Thank you!!!)

Nightwing and the Death Owl concept was based around the Pokemon Absol.

i like the design and i like that someone else was inspired to make a pet brid for there selfmoc nui just has a red and black collorscheme lava hawk build but now i think m going to redesign it tomorrow ill show u when its done. o and check this out i think your going to enjoy this for the moment. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/276252

harry potter? just joking. Messanger owl is a cool bionicle idea, cuz it is something that they would do. Great job on the idea, and the moc is really nics. Love the head and wings. 5 on 5.
