Star Wars Battle Diorama
WOW... This is my first MOC. It is a battle between the Clones and the Droids. For this battle, the Clones have the base. The droids want to take over the system.
About this creation
This is a Star Wars Athalon entree.

Team: Fallen Jedi
Category: Star Wars Diorama

Please enjoy.
(Sorry for the Quality of some of the pictures, I am not a Photographer.)
(Also, I apologize if the background is distracting, it is a long MOC, so it was hard to take the pictures. I added white paper to the bottom. Hopefully that helps.)

The first two are of the entire MOC. It is very long.. about five 32 X 32 stud baseplates long. It was hard to get the whole MOC.

Droid POV of the battle.

Clone POV of the battle.

Clone base.

Droid army.

Close up of Droid army.

The next few are various pictures of the battle. As you can see, there is a lot of plant life. I tried to get in as much as possible. Around the river and by the Droids, there is a hill (sorta). I added it to give the MOC a little variety instead of a bunch of flat baseplates. There is also a cliff. The Clone Base is on the cliff. Coming off the cliff, there is a waterfall, followed by a river. This was also to give the MOC more variety. The white bricks in the river represent the rapids in the river. I think the water affect turned out nicely.

Time for some close ups.

A Shadow ARF Trooper waiting to attack.

Hey, how did that Droid head get there? Anyone notice the crates have lids? The lids are Minifigure plates, they are perfect lids for those crates.

Also, anyone have the Viking minifigure? It is a great piece to use as yoda's walking stick.

Second wave of Droid army marching into battle.

General Grievous leading the battle (even though he is technically not in front).

Another picture of the droids.

Clone speeder hanger. There are three speeders and one BARC Speeder.

Inside the Clone Base...
There are a lot of controls, a weapons rack, and a medical bay, along with a Jedi. The base may not be that impressive. It was a last minute add on. Ignore the missing piece, It came off when I took the roof of (the Speeder Hanger), and I did not realize it was missing until after I took the pictures.

Well, thats about it. I really enjoyed building it and I hope to build more in the future. I will leave the rest up to the Judges. Please rate and comment.

Quoting Space Gypsy . Good work. But I would like to see custom vehicles in it rather than bought ones. 3 points.
Alright, thanks for the comment, score, and advice. I will take that into consideration.

Quoting E.K.O (On vacation) Very nice diorama, the size is very impressive but it lacks some detail and it seems a bit crowded and I agree that it should be more rectangular. 2 points.
Thanks for the comment and the score. If I make any in the future, I will fix the problems it has.

Quoting yama masa This is a pretty good moc, even though I have some advices to give. First of all, I am not quite sure what the white things in the river supposed to be. Second of all, you might not want to put too many Jedi's in the battle... I mean is the battle so important? In the second battle of Geonosis, even though it was a very important mission, there were only 4 Jedi's (including Ahsoka). Finally, I think your diorama should be rectangle or square... it looks better than looking like some puzzle. But I love all the actions the minifigs are taking. Good job! P.S. I envy you for having a shadow ARF trooper.
Thanks for the advice. The white bricks in the river are supposed to represent the rapids in the river. If I make another Diorama like this, I will make it more rectangular. I learned from building this that building it the way it is, is not a bright idea. I don't really know why I added so many Jedi. I will not add as much if I make another Battle. After taking the pictures, I realized that taking them was hard because it was so long, and I can see why it is like a puzzle. I will try and fix this in the future. So anyway, thanks for the comment and advice, I will definitely take it into consideration.
