About this creation
Name: Rashel
Species: Toa
Race: Ta-Toa
Occupation: Toa-turned-Titan, member of the Order of Mata Nui
Title(s): Rashel
Alignment: Lawful B@d@$$
Element: Fire
Kanohi: Kanohi Hau, Mask of Shielding
Weapon(s): Broadsword, Serrated knives, Martial Arts
Theme(s): Bullet Ride - In Flames
Bio: Rashel is a loyal guardian of Mara Nui who has always stood behind the Order of Mata Nui. When Makuta forces attacked the island of Mara Nui, he was one the first to respond to the attack. Before the Great Battle of Mara Nui, he was a Toa from Metru Nui. After rebuilding the island metropolis, he was transformed into a Titan by Mata Nui himself. After his transformation, he was sent to Mara Nui to protect it from Makuta forces. He is a loyal and fearless warrior who will do anything to protect the Matoran and Mata Nui. His role in the Order of Mata Nui as a high commander makes him a prime target for Makuta assassins.
On to the creation!

He's a ninja.

Something that is important to me in my Bionicle creations is flexibility. I like using ball and joint connections in the torsos. It provides them with the ability to lean over in most directions.

Stretching.

I heard a while ago from a user (it was probably Dystrax or Cossy) that all awesome Bionicle mocs need to have Hero Factory shins. Unfortunately, I have none (or none that would work with Rashel's color scheme). So I used the second-best thing: Masks. Vezok's mask fit perfectly.

Here's the connection. Feel free to use it, but please give credit.

Farewell!
Notes: New favorite Bionicle moc, even though there are some structural issues with him. His hands are a little too big, they're not as flexible as I wanted them to be, and his swords aren't too great in my opinion. I'm thrilled with everything else. Thanks for checking him out everyone!
PS, Hopefully I'll be able to get my Self-Moc built at some point in the next few weeks.

No the strait pointy one on the front, not the curved one!
Oh. That one. Sorry, my fault there. I can't quite remember, but I believe they came in the Roodaka set a few years ago. They also were used in other sets, but I remember them in the Roodaka set mostly. |
