As the crew gets back on board the battle train, Zam gives them a mission brief,,..

Zam; You might as well hear the story of our opponent, Captain Bonestrom.

Some time ago they were just regular pirates. Bonestrom and his brother Rockstrom ruled the seas from their amphibious ship, Underworld's Portal. We lost quite a few merchant ships to that pair.

Then one day Minnesota Bob, on one of his crazy adventures, stumbled onto their ship. In a dive overboard, he fired three wild shots. They hit Bonestrom's leg, his arm, and some radioactive stuff they'd recently stolen. The entire ship went up in flames, but when the fire subsided, the ship was undamaged.

The same couldn't be said for the brothers.
Rockstrom was greatly weakened and had a bionic suit made for himself. Bonestrom, however, kept his strength but lost his arm and leg. He replaced the arm with a flamethrower device. The brothers cloned themselves and made cyborg, super-intelligent minions to do their bidding. But here's a catch. The brothers are technically dead. Their minds are kept alive by the radioactive substance, and that controls what's left of them.

Narissa; But what is he after?
Zam; He's after the Zeus satellite.

The satellite is controlled from a mobile computer bank that is usually in a classified area. It was meant to be a fallback weapon if the country - or world - was conquered.

The satellite itself is a mega weapon. It's cannon can decimate cities and cause substantial damage to anything. It has pinpoint accuracy, and the best thing you can do in it's sights is pray that the operator is merciful.

Bonestrom tried to control it once, but I was sent to intercept him. I managed to keep it away from him, and I re-hid it in the Black Caverns.

Doctor Dirk; Imagine what Bonestrom could do with such a weapon! He could rule the world if he so pleased.
Zam; Oh he does so please, if he doesn't want to cause an armageddon first!
