This is a scene I made after the film "Skyline" inspired me to make an alien ship. I created the ship and then decided I needed a scene to put it in so I just came up with this little scene of it attacking the city. (Well... street really!) I wasn't too sure which set up was best though, with the civilians or the police so I've posted both and I'll let you decide. Please comment, rate and enjoy!
About this creation
Here you can see the overall scene with the Alien ship coming down over the roof of the building and blowing a huge hole in the road/pavement.
Another angle with a better view of the ship.
Annnnnnd another angle! Oh, and I apologize for the buildings; they're not my strong point... Neither are cars... that's why there are none in the scene, although I would have liked to have had one!
The battle happening on the ground between the police and an Alien.
The cop coming out of the bank shooting at the alien.
The cop behind the barricade. And the lamp/sign post.
The unfortunate cop, caught by a tentacle, being sucked up into the alien ship's mouth. Eeew... Wouldn't wanna go in there!
The smoke billowing out of the bank roof, blowing with it some money.
The Alien ship above the roof.
A bit of roof detailing.
The bank roof.
THE ALTERNATIVE SETUP
Now here we have the same scene but with civilians running for their lives from the monstrous ship, looming overhead.
Two businessmen running away.
One young rocker though he could handle it.... clearly not.....
Here are just some shots of the ship itself. This one just being an overall shot.
I've just decided, I hate photographing black. It's so awkward! A close up of the tentacles protruding from the gaping mouth.
The main section of the gun and the rear end.
Top view. I didn't deliberately make it look like a squid but as soon as I attached the tentacles I thought, "Ah....." hence why I included the Squidman alien in the first setup!
The underside of the ship... Yeah, I know. Not very clear. But, forgive me? It's black!
The rear engines can break off for easy getaway!
Rear-end shot! Always the best. =P
AAAARGH!!!!!! Run! Run for your lives!!!!!
