GN-00007S 00 Gundam Seven Sword

The 00 Gundam Seven Sword is a variant on the 00 Gundam that never appears in the anime, only the manga. It is meant to be a transition between the 00 Gundam and the 00 Raiser.

Front View

The 00 Gundam Seven Sword has much different armaments from the regular 00 Gundam. As the name implies, the armament consists of 7 different swords. The most obvious one is the huge GN Buster Sword II that is attached to the left GN Drive mount. The buster sword is a dual function weapon that contains its own GN Field generator giving it 360 degrees protection. Its other function its a two handed sword with enormous destructive power.

The knees of the unit feature a pair of GN Katars that can be handheld, or for devastating kick attacks when attached to the legs.

The GN Sword IIs on the regular 00 Gundam have been replaced with a GN Long Sword II and a GN Short Sword II. Like the GN Sword IIs, they can convert from sword to rifle mode. The short sword also features a retractable wire anchor that can be fired from the tip of the sword.

The last two swords are the beam sabres from the regular 00 Gundam

GN-0000GNHW/7SG 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G

The 00 Gundam Seven Sword also has several variants on its design, the most commonly known being the 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G, where the "G" stands for "Gun".

The Seven Sword/G is essentially just the regular 00 Gundam Seven Sword with the addition of a GN Sword Blaster II that is carried in the right hand.

The GN Sword Blaster II on the Seven Sword/G can be holstered on the right GN Drive mount when not in use

A little known variant on the 00 Gundam Seven Sword is the 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G Inspection. It is essentially a recolor of the regular Seven Sword/G, with a few performance tweaks.

Hmm, do all these pieces even exist. The minifig screwdriver used for the Gundam's head are pure white. But the brightest ones I've seen online are only bright gray. And those gold ones on its head. I have never seen one like that before or part of any set. Those custom ones?

Quoting leon lara could you build a trans-am mode?
I have plans to do trans-am for everything after I'm done building everything. Its just a matter of re-coloring my builds. No big deal.

Quoting Thomas Z. Ok now that I watched the finished pics and most of the poses I think this is your best creation so far! It looks AWESOME!
I predict that my 00 Raiser will far outdo this one, actually, if for no other reason, than its a lot flashier and more symmetrical (there are lots of big beam effects parts). Its coming along nicely at the moment and is actually not such a difficult build as I initially imagined. So far, anyways.

Seldom to see a creation using LDD with such high rate and you did it!! I'm just wait it complete for comment and it's done now. I really love how you build all the detail for this Gundam and your skill is even better day by day. Also I found you change the build method for your GN sword from OO Gundam which is also very good. About me, I just run out my lego parts and ideal and is waiting for new parts arrival and seek for new model for build. Maybe you can give me some suggestion of cool mecha worthy for build? Can't wait to see your raiser~

Nearly done with this one--just a couple of poses to do with the Seven Sword/G and then I'm on to the 00 Raiser!

Quoting Winter Nis Thanks for the color advices on my gundam moc, I will carefully pay attention to this on my next one. Btw, I'm building (trying to build... :P) the Destiny gundam. But due to my lack of experience in "real" models, for the moment it's just a relative epic fail lol.
Wow! That is a tough Gundam to attempt! Good luck on it! If you manage to build it, you will most likely be the first.

Quoting Winter Nis Wow, a lot of accuracy, that's so epic and awesome, like always !! I have starded to build an unit from GSD ( surprise... x) ). I hope I will have finish before I go on holyday.
I'll look forward to it--what unit were you thinking of?

Quoting Doc. Jared . Thanks. I was sadly forced to get a medium grade because the high grade was almost two hundred dollars. But, to be honest, it was worth it. I'm trying to do a paint job, but with all the lego things I'm doing, I haven't found the time... I also have to paint the unicorn... By the way, what do you think of u.c? Interesting? To be honest, I find banagi (banahger I think is his name in english) to be really, ridiculously annoying... but that's my opinion. I'm excited to see full frontal though....
Hey, there is nothing wrong with HG models. Some of them are almost getting as intricate as MGs. I'm sort of interested in the Real Grade line-up right now--but I hear that the side skirt armors have trouble staying one. I've also heard that about the 00 Qan[T] models. Did you find that with yours? I've never been a huge fan of UC-era Gundams, Unicorn or otherwise. I just don't find them as cool as the Gundams from other eras, with the exception of the Hi-Nu Gundam. I'm still watching Gundam Unicorn, but I like 00 and SEED and Wing a lot better. Though the animation quality is incredible in Unicorn.

Quoting M<0><0>DSWIM ! This is by far one of your best! I love how much this resembles the "real" thing. Every panel/tile/piece combines to make an awesome shape. I've been working on another SW mech and have been studying your leg designs (mainly the Strike Gundam). Hopefully you'll see your influence once I finally finsh and post it:)
Arghh!! The Strike Gundam and the 00 Qan[T] are my least favorite of my Gundams that I have built so far! I wouldn't use either of their leg designs if I were you. The Strike is something that I really mean to re-design someday, along with the 00 Qan[T]. I really didn't take the amount of time out on those that I should have.

Quoting Thomas Z. Still looking great! That sword is really big, also everything is very accurate! Can't wait for the Raiser version!
I've got a little more to finish up with this one, plus a couple of action poses, and then I'll be moving onto the 00 Raiser. I've tried to incorporate all the features of the weaponry with this one. The sword expands, like on the model, and the handles on the GN Katars telescope upwards. The tip of the GN Short Sword has the cable thing that comes out (separate), and the GN Long Sword has the handle that extends out from the side of it.

Sorry if there's spam, I left a comment answering your question, but it won't go through.... it was only medium, sadly... the high grade was 200 something dollars... still, it's pretty good. :)
