This is my first micro (Car is about ½ by 1 in stud dimensions) Lego city that I made on Lego Digital Designer a month or two before I signed up for a Moc Pages account. Since then I have remade the city upon looking at Paul Wellington’s Lego city that he took to brick world (2011). His buildings have inspired me to build a city four times the size of this on (I’m finishing up the final touches today after this post) filled with bigger and more abstract buildings then this one.
About this creation

This is the southern most part of the city. This part of the city is home to many important things. The solar plant, fire station, and the docks are all here. The power plant is located here because it is one of the only two open spaces in the entire city.

This is a picture of the only other place in the entire city that is in an open space, the park. This park is where I started building the city then I build outward. This park is basic: with a fountain, sidewalks, trees, and hedges.

This is a shot of the northern part of the city, the place where most of the skyscrapers are visible and one of the two abstract buildings along with two identical apartment buildings.

This is a shot of the building from the East side of the city. In this picture you can see the museum, the solar plant, the two abstract buildings, apartment buildings, and some of the skyscrapers.

This is a picture from the West side of the city. You can see the docks, the fire station, the neighborhood, and the tallest building in the city. You can also the museum and park in the background.

This is just a plain old shot allowing you to see most of the city facing north.

This is another plain old shot looking northeast.

P.S. Sorry that there is no building instructions because I have already built on top of this one to make the bigger city, but there will be instructions for the bigger city when posted.

Well this is all I am going to put into this post for now but because this is just the overlook of the city I could make latter posts about specific things in this city or the bigger one.
Some ideas that I have are: Skyscrapers, Apartment Buildings, transportation, overlooked things, Helpful hints, and The Builder’s Top Ten.

Quoting Paul Wellington Great city! This is the best one I've seen in a while. I really liked how you explained what each building is, it really helps. Also don't forget City Hall!
Thanks, but I did put one in the bigger version.
