Nice Minotaur head! Has a nice look, but needs an nose. I know this web site that has good quality heads. http://www.brickwarriors.com/. Also the new Series 6 Collectable Minfig has a Minotaur.

Build: it lacks detail, but I do like how you used the different bricks to create texture in the walls. 3/5.
Minifigs: I really like your Theseus, and your Minotaur could be a whole lot better if you put another piece on his nose area.3/5
