New camera and a old ladder going out with a big bang.
About this creation

Reserve Ladder 2 was returning from a training in a abandoned appartment building in central StuddsVille with 4 students a instructor and a driver.
On the Central Plaza intersection, the traffic light turned orange just when the ladder was passing, so the driver gave some extra gas.

At the same time a cyclist ignored the red light and wandered on the wrong side or the road, right in front of the ladder witch was picking up some speed to clear the intersection.

The driver made a hard left turn, but it was so sharp the the front axle broke and the ladder rolled over and came to a rest on its side.

The cyclist dumped his bike and ran off.

Dispatch then recieved noumerous 911 calls, and sent out Engine 13, Engine 14, Ladder 13, Rescue 5 and Battalion 5 to the scene of the crash.

Once on scene it became obvious that the crashed rig was leaking, so HAZMAT and Tanker 1 were called in too.

Utility 1 and 3 where asked in too with the traffic pods to help PD to regulate the traffic, cause most of the intersection was closed off cause of the accident.

SVEMS looked over the crew who crawled out of the damaged cab on their own power.

The instructor was transported to hospital with a few bas cuts in his head, but probably will be released tomorrow.

The driver and 1 student were trapped in the cab, so a combined crew cut them out in 20 minutes time, and they were stabilised on scen before they where rushed to hospital.

Both suffered multiple fractures and crush injuries, but are currently in stable condition.

HAZMAT cleaned up the spilled fluids from the truck, and drained what was left in the tanks.

After that the badly damaged ladder was put back on its wheels with the help of the towing company and Heavy Rescue 13

when secured mechanics of the motorpool inspected the rig and made it ready to be towed away to the cities motorpool.

The rig is probably a write off.

The Chief came on scene too to overlook the operation.

Later today fire officials stated that the axle broke off due to lack of maintenance, the rig was supposed to be ordered to the motorpool for a inspection, but these orders where ignored by the chief of training.

He is currently suspended awaiting a full investigation.

SVPD stated that they are doing a extensive search to find the cyclist, cause the bike witch he left on scene was registered stolen.

But with the witness statements PD has a good description of the man. and hopes officers can apprehend him soon.

No further injuries where reported.

Nice incident. You should look into a PUC Quint. Just my opinion though, as always nice work.
