'Hellcat' Elite fighters were introduced as a 'reward' for ace pilots and those of the highest ranks. The ships are lethal, and technologically superior to every other fighter currently in existence.

While the standard variant only has the 2 HPR's as the armament, there are hardpoints for other weapons to be mounted. The HPR's are somewhat unique weapons; they fire in bursts of 5, and there is half a second after the final shot before being able to fire again. Each projectile is able to shred through shields and hull as though they are shurikens.
Blind fire is a relatively new technology. As long as the target is close to the reticule , then the pilot can fire, and the cannons will be aligned with the enemy.
Again the thin tungsten layer on the hull helps to reduce thermal damage, as tungsten has one of the highest melting points. Of course, that is if the shields go down.
At 11.34m long (34 studs), this fighter is the largest of it's kind in existence. This can easily intimidate enemy pilots and crew.
A common tactic that is utilised is to cloak before enemies arrive, and then ambush them from behind. It's efficient, and about 91% of the time, no enemy communications ever reach their bases.
The fleet as it stands currently.
Well, there's a Vic Viper from me. This took about 1 and a half hours to finish, and it does dwarf my other fighters, especially the Shuriken. Anyway, I'll leave you to decide what you think of it.
