About this creation
Basically Killa Kan is smaller version of Ork Dreadnough, usually deployed in squads of 3. The machine is piloted by Grots - because normal Orks are not very good with all that switches and cranks. Armament varies, but always consists of one melee weapon (Power claw, saw) and one ranged (Flamer, Rokkit Launcher, Big Shoota). This Killa Kan uses Power Claw & Big Shoota configuration, which is possibly the most common one.
This is how original Games Workshop's model looks like:

My colouring is a bit diffrent than shown on original model's photo - I've added some brown and grey plates to create that scrappy look.
Also, tribe mark is diffrent.

Poseability is quite high, altough original Kan construction is a bit weird. No ball-joints but some evil technic liftarms action here.

..and like all my bipedal mechs, this can "dance" and stand on one leg, too. Poseability is much worse than compared to Dreadnought, though.

New power plant, based on that I've seen in Dawn of War game.
