Muhahahha! You thought you'd seen all of the LoTR Brickworld display?! But wait-there's more!
About this creation
Please enjoy the following selection of randomly-snapped happy-snaps of the mocpages LoTR group display. Yes, it's pretty much the same pics as the other dozen group members posted but I don't believe you can ever have too much of a good thing :) I had an awesome and challenging time the last 6 months working on my Ents leading up to this and seeing the whole collection of fantastic mocs come together was brilliant. It was both an honour and a privilege to be a part of, so cheers guys!

Minas Tirith. Best goddamn wedding cake I ever saw.

Lee Jone's army being assembled.

Kevin, aka The Legend, aka Mr. Bitch-slap rebuilding his Barad Dur tower.

The Two Towers.

Anthony's Mount Doom scene:

Tyler's Hobbiton

Leda's village with the Prancing Pony

Dave K's sumptuous Rivendell

Dennis's Edoras

Tyler's Helm's Deep

The Good Doc's Mines of Moria

Chris's Isengard being attacked by Tyler and my Ents

Dave S's Minas Morgul complete with eerie light-up green river.

All hail Barad Dur!

Evolution of my Ents. You can see here how they started off, I was reasonably happy with the first one...until the other guys started posting their WIP shots of their castles and I thought "Hmmm, I might have to step it up a notch to keep up!" I decided to try to extend the height of the brown one and used brown minifig legs as hinges (great for when hinge bricks in that colour are hard to get or don't exist (orange, pink, etc).

The gray one began as a mangrove type of Ent but we decided as a group that it would be better for the collaboration as a whole to have more traditional-looking Ents so I cut his number of legs back to two.

I was happy with the end result, although it meant they were fairly fragile and I ended up having to rebuild them at the convention.

All of these are really amazing! I am speechless. Is Minas Morgul on MocPages or in anyother website in general because I want to see more pics of it and I can't find it anywhere. Same goes for the Black Gate.

I have a lot of regrets about missing this year's event, but none more than missing the opportunity to hang out in person with my overseas bothers (and sisters) of the brick. We've been buggin' you for years to come to the states, and when you finally do...pssssh...I'm stuck doing domestic nonsense. Here's hoping you had a great time, nonetheless. And thank you so much, not only for your contribution to the colab, but for all of your restoration efforts during the con!

Quoting Heath 'kik36' Flor That's really a great pic of the Black Gate.....hey.....WAIT A MINUTE!!! LMAO It was a pleasure meeting you man! Such a shame you ducked out on us so early without saying goodbye. All you really had to do was swing by my room, as we were most likely still up drinking. :P Hopefully you can make it out next year!
Cheers man, it was AWESOME to meet you guys, sorry I shot through at the end. I did take a picture of Osgiliath and your Black Gate but it turned out way too blurry, aarrgh!

Quoting Dennis Price Great to meet you and thanks for the great efforts on the Ents and the awesome repair job. The whole family enjoyed meeting you and we hope we helped make your stay in America comfy and enjoyable (sorry there wasn't much we could do about Phippy, he lives in the area, you see.) Rock on!
I had an equally great time Dennis, you have a very cool family (can we swap families please???) Ah Phipson's alright, give him a colouring book and some crayons and he calms down soon enough ;D

Quoting Chris Phipson Echoing Lee, the end result wouldn't have come together the same without your help man! It was great to finally meet you in person after all these years but I swear to god I'm kicking you in the junk next time I see you for slipping out without letting us know you were leaving! ;) Stay safe mate and hopfully we'll see you again soon! Oh, and as a side note, I think you got the BEST picture of Isengard/Orthanc out of all of us. Heck, it actually looks GOOD in your shot AND you can tell the size. Nice work! Later brother! ~ Chris.
It was so much fun meeting you and hanging out with the guys man. Sorry for leaving so quietly; I hate goodbyes-I prefer to just slip away like Batman, lol. Remind me when you come to Melbourne to visit and I'll wear my protective cup, you can kick me in the groin to your heart's content!

Quoting Tyler Halliwell Awesome job. It was nice to meet you and also be the only one who said goodbye. I still haven't posted my pics, so maybe I should wait another two weeks and assault all of the little kiddies who think that we are gone.
I approve of this plan :D Great to meet you too mate!

It was good to see you there man. Thanks for all your help as well - the display would not have come together in time without all the hard work you put in. Lee.
