Under his other arm he has an experimental element fusion cannon (yeah, I made that reference, that's right) that has a protosteel double blade attached to it. He has a shield that doubles as a small set of wings. His right hand can become (detach and attach) a claw that can grasp some objects. As for his backstory... He was Mata Nui's most treasured creation. Mata Nui raised him and taught him his whole life to fight against Makuta. Now on Bara Magna, he finally has his chance to fight Makuta. He is personal friends with Takanuva and yes, they share the same mask. Mata Nui showed Lazariax a secret only known by Mata Nui himself. How to create anything.
