AMS-FT-X0001Y F-Type mk I
High mobility "Flight" or "Fast" type mecha developed by AMS to replace its ageing I and V-Type models. It functions as the counterpart to the Void's "Psionia"-Type Mecha.
About this creation
Any resemblance to any "certain other" mecha is purely coincidental--hahahaha! Well, what can I say, the Freedom Gundam is definitely my favorite Gundam, so naturally I would want to imitate it. In any case, this is NOT supposed to be a Gundam, but is part of a completely different line of mecha (it shares the same structure as the V-Type and I-Type and was developed from them).

Also, I know that after the 00 Raiser, this one is not all that spectacular, but it isn't meant to be. Its just a project that I've had in mind for a while.

Features:

-Cockpit space for a minifig in the chest.
-Rotating waist
-Shifting knee armor
-Bending toes
-Moveable shoulder armor
-Highly poseable and stable.
-Beam sabres can be stored on rear skirt armor

For short-medium range combat, the F-Type carries a pair of double barreled beam cannons in its hands as its primary armament.

For melee combat, the F-Type is equipped with two high-output beam sabres of a new design.

The F-Type's most devastating feature, however, is its ability to lock on to multiple targets and fire its primary and secondary armament with pinpoint accuracy. It can level entire armies with a single unit in this manner.

The F-Type's long range armament consists of a pair of high-density particle cannons, mounted on the wing-binder units, and a pair of solid-state rail cannons mounted on the hips.

Wow, nice! I love the color scheme, but I think my favorite thing about this is your new beam sabre design. It's much less traditional but equally stylish.

An other very nice mech! The hand beam cannons are very good, I just like the end of them. Although the wings shape bothers me a bit, I don't know why, maybe it's because the cylindric pieces are too apparent. But this is a subjective comment( your skills are still awesome x) ) It's a really really cool moc, 5/5!

Awesome work, as always! I agree, this definately has that Freedom Gundam wing-thingy and look goin on. I also agree with the last comment that the upper legs/thighs are a bit skinny. Even with the skirt, you could probably squeeze some plates onto the sides of the legs. I think a third accent color might help it's look as well.

Very neat design. I particularly like the weapons. But the upper thighs look a tad spindly, though I'm sure that's because of the armor skirt, right? Anyway, good color, and good design. ^Blub^
