I like it, Ive been thinking about trying a seagrave myself. And Will, about rosenbauers, you should see Toledo, OH's new fleet. they have about a dozen Peterbilt/Rosenbauer engines and a new Rosenbauer tower ladder. They love 'em.
I am happy to see that you "realized the beauty of Seagraves". They really are beautiful trucks. When I was at the New England chief's show I saw a lot of fire trucks, including my favorite - KME - but I must say that nothing looked as good as the Seagraves. They also were about $50,000 to $80,000 more for a pumper. But you get what you pay for. If they can take ten years of the merciless beatings of running in NYC you know that they are tough. Their problem is that they are overkill and overpriced for majority of departments who just don't need that much truck. I look forward to seeing what you do with the rest of this truck. I am sure that it will nice.
