Coalition Phnx III Gunship
For providing close fire support for ground troops, and taking down enemy armor of all sorts.
About this creation
This is pretty much a newer version / improvement of the old Phoenix I & II scout VTOLs. The Phoenix III is armed with 4 auto-gauss cannons (two mounted forward on the chin, two on the belly on a revolving stand) and 8 missiles tubes beneath the wings.

The Gunship also has a small holding bay with a moving door/ramp which holds up to 4 minifigs.

Do you have all of your grey/bley bricks organized together? If so, how do you organize them?

Quoting oucho t cactus A stunning build my lad! A stunning build indeed! I really find it difficult to find any fault in this ship and on a more childish note, it looks damm fun to fly around :3

The back fins look like they need more substance, but great work!

Eh, to be honest the only similarity I can see is the cockpit glass of The Raptor being similar to my Phoenix, and that fact that both ships have two engines pointing back...

Interesting gunship. It looks very useful for troop support. I'd like to see one of these converted for Med-Evacs. ^Blub^

I'm really digging the cleanliness of this model. It's great great lines, and it's a nice unique take on traditional modern military styling. Great work!

Terrific design. I particularly like the twin tail elements. Wouldn't mind seeing a secondary color somewhere in the mix, or perhaps some sticker work. Still, a great little MOC!

Very cool work! I like the shape. The only thing you can improve is making the nose less blocky.

I love that cockpit! Dual cockpits always remind me of the Mil Mi-24, my favorite helicopter.

Danny, I think this version is better, but I think the wings should be extended just a little bit and are there photos of the hatch/storage bay?
