Apartment Corner
After seeing the beautiful architecture of A T, I thought that I'd try out some of my own apartments. I think for my first try, I'd say that I did pretty well. I also thought i'd try my second hand at some Lego lettering, which you can also find in my Dio, Battle on Kamino.
About this creation

Quoting Sabby M. Thank's for adding a like! I'm glad I didn't come across as "rude". Maybe we should start an architecture group, mostly for the style of building we both seem to love. I might make one in a few days. (After I return from my vacation) I also need to take pictutres of a new modular building. Why on earth am I telling you all this?! -Sabby

Quoting Joe E. This is definitally an inspiring build. The cleanslyness of the MOC mixed with the tranquility of the MOC make it great. The colors you chose to make it tops off the nice combination, also. There's nothing wrong with this at all, the photography and background is equally as good. A few of the individual things that really stick out to me would be the signs. The building sign the most. Also the arch pieces that hold the roof up on the two-storied building stick out for some reason, also. I can easily say this is one of my favorite MOCs out there.
Thanks alot!

Quoting Sabby M. (In response to your comment on my creation "Slums") First of all, thank you for your opinion. About the photos, I feel they were better. They capture the dark, gloomy feel of a big city. My Apartment A photos were too bright and cheery. I agree with you about details of the top. I have a shortage of pieces, so I was not able to do it on this building. I don't know what you mean about a lack of detailing in between. Theres garbage cans, a dolly, a bike, a fire escape, power lines, etc. I made it wide so that a truck could back in for unloading. About the colour. Have you ever been to New York? You may notice that all the buildings are bland and somewhat colourless. They arent bright and happy colours like your yellow building. That is why I made them mostly black and grey. I don't mind the sand green and dark orange. It doesn't match, and that adds to the grungy look. I hope I don't come across as rude. I really like your buildings, but they might be a bit to "cheery". Again, thanks for your opinion, and have a good day. ~Sabby
I have never been to New York except for the airport, but thanks for responding! It helps me get the feel of New York. I'll add a like. :)
