very nice.That´´like a boss´´part had to come in that moc :D he looks just so gangsta;) .these dystrax wings work very well for him and Its not to prevent to use some technics from Clockwork.His ideas and technics are legendary.His removable armor is very cool and on the legs it just looks like a manskirt;) .His custom head seems nice too and the color sheme works good.Solonus bike thingy is funny too.When your complete Rogue team is finished are u going to post them as one??

Crazy cool. creepy appearance, and i admit, i do love those wings, but it think they've been spammed. :P I love how this guy has a bulky appearance like he's the evil kung fu panda, minus the stomach! Body is really nice, and trust me i know how hard it is to keep those rakshi arm pieces from falling down. Body is well done, but the heart-light is too low. The head is freakishly creepy. Love the lower legs, if you wanted him to be 100% custom you could have used my foot design from Geminias! Great moc, 5/5 i give you. Good luck in the moc off aganist Cody, you both have nice entries!

Really awesome MOC you have here, the overall design is superb but I like the torso design the most. I keep meaning to buy Surge so I can make Cossy, but none of my local toy stores carry him. Don't worry though I'll find him soon enough.
