Arm crossing goodness. Because that's important when you're a Bionicle. Say hello, my Self-MOC! Solunus: The politically correct term is "Biomechanical Avatar, thank you very much. Keeps everyone happy."
Solunus was once a very powerful Toa of Air, but in an attempt to save Ghetta Nui from its sad, current state, he lost all his powers. He did not give up though, he uses his mind and fighting skills to protect the innocent in Ghetta Nui from the corrupt gangs that rule the island.
Torso. It's a bit more filled-in than before, and I decided to bring back his Pohatu Nuva abdominal armor piece back from the original version. I tried to fit in a Heartlight, but the two studs on his stomach was the closest I could get without some intensive scheming.
Arms. The only change here is that the space between the shoulder pad and Solunus' armor has been filled in. 8-minute arms really works!
The legs are also pretty much the same, but now slightly more stable around the shins.

Wielding his combat knife, Solunus can tear through enemies even larger than himself when at close range. It is also balanced for throwing.
The assault rifle is Solunus' go-to weapon and is very effective at medium to long range. It went through a slight revamp to reduce the amount of system used on it.
The grenade launcher is Solunus' favorite weapon and his most powerful. It might lack subtlety, but when something needs to get blown up it is very effective.
Okay, so you might be wondering why I'm posting Solunus again with so few changes to the design. Well, here's the answer: his revamped trike!
The handlebars have been completely redesigned. Unfortunately, I still use the Power Miners wheel on the front for lack of a better option. I need to Bricklink me one more tire.
Gas tank.
Redesigned foot pedals are longer to fit Solunus better and they have foot pins to hold him in place.
The new seat, which I am very happy with.
The back is pretty much the same, seeing as it was near perfect. The only thing I could change on it was...
Tail pipes! Unmuffled for awesome sound.
I also added a holder for Solunus' assault rifle. It's not the prettiest setup, but now he can travel with all his weapons.

I'm going to build my version of him, but I don't have a grey Kakama, what would you want me to use instead, I have a turquoise Kakama, and a hewkii coloured kakama, or would you want me to use a different mask for colour accuracy?

It's a bit too complex to have just some quick instructions, but I could break it down a bit, I think.
You know what? Those lyrics really do fit the whole story, thanks! Although the tune doesn't really fit Solunus. Maybe I'll have to remake Valens and use it as his theme song. :)

I just wanted to appease Deus, who thinks that "Self-MOC" is an inadequate description for what he calls "Sig-Bots". However, I don't like "Sig-Bots" because it sounds too much like "U-Bots", a fad that was around MOCpages over 2 years ago where you made a robotic sig-fig http://www.mocpages.com/group.php/2524. "Biomechanical Avatar" seemed like a good, solid technical term. I'm still going to call them Self-MOCs though, it's too established to upset. :)

You just may have the best Biomechanical Avatar on MOCpages. Seriously, this is great. The trike is brilliant. For the heartlight, you could put the following piece in the pin in the center of the Metru chest.

It would jut out a bit more than a regular heartlight, but it would look good all the same.
Nice job on everything and the theme song is fitting. I'm not sure how everyone can keep all their Bionicle history straight. One of the more unique back-stories though. All the bio MOCs latly have inspired me to bust out my Bionicles and try some techniques so I may try my hand at a Self MOC soon.
Woaah! Sick! I love that bike! You know what would be even better? A Harley! Imagine Solonus + A Harley!!!! Woah, I am fainting at the thought of such awesomeness!

Try putting a heartlight in that square slot on the whatever-it-is silver piece. By the way, while crossing his arms, he looks as if he had cerebral paralysis.
