A campaign poster/MOC to get more members for my Halo group. There is no skull this time, I couldn't find it and I didn't have a good place to hide it either.
About this creation
The war between UNSC and Insurrectionist forces is escalating, we need soldiers. Will you be one of them?
Two types of soldiers are deployed to the frontlines:
Orbital Drop Shock Troopers drop feet first in HEVs (Human Entry Vehicles), and are the first to see action. HEVs are small and harder to shoot down, unlike dropships. On the rare occasion they do get hit, only one man is lost, instead of a group of ten. There is a high salary and you are equipped with state of the art body armour that can withstand enemy fire ( but it does have its limits).
There are multiple weapon classes to choose from, here are four:
Leader, command an entire company. Pay in mind that leaders should be the first to charge into battle.
This trooper has two classes; sniper and technician. He supports the squad in two ways ,by giving long range cover fire and communicating with the squad and command.
The medic, because being wounded in the battlefield is inevitable.
The Marines are an essential force to the UNSC.
A Marine in heavy armour can suppress enemy forces and take a lot of damage. The infantry ranks are a valuable asset to the UNSC.
A Marine with a heavy weapon can devastate enemy infantry and light vehicles.
Weapons are never far.
There are also Special Operation Marines tasked with more difficult assignments.
The UNSC is always open to new recruits, consider joining to fight in the current conflict The Insurrection.
Fourth Wall Commentary
This vig was originally going to be a road, but it would be a really simple build and I’ve done a few roads before. The small crater was built first (when I was making a road) but the whole build was transitioned to this. It is a rocky region with scarce plant life.
My first tree. I received the parts to make one in a Bricklink order recently, BUT I forgot to get greenery for the leaves! The greenery you see is what I already have. The tree itself is a weird type of hybrid…
…the trunk looks like a normal tree trunk…
…but the top is like a palm trees top.
Here is the small crater, caused by an artillery round which blew off that trooper’s legs.

The full garage vig. Located in the desert of some UNSC colony.
The interior of the garage, the floor is the only detailed part.
Medkit. You asking why that is there, but in Halo Reach and Halo 3: ODST there are med-kits all over the place.

This is the other outer wall, using the wall technique I’ve used a couple times.

Desert landscaping, how is it?
Marines.
A turret, which I am very happy with.
Finally, who can guess which Red vs Blue character this is? Here is one of his quotes: “Yeah I have armour, it’s blue.” Uttered in season 8.

woweric! superb scenes, some i missed, [not showned] but, the desert, and base are top notch stuff! all you d need now would be an armoured car-transport, heavy, like my ml vehicle! can t wait to see more!!! |

Nice moc. I have to rate the landscape of the base 5/5. I think that I would want to be an ODST, even though jumping from super high heights scares me to death. |

Great builds out there, and I really hope this gets more enlists into the Insurrection group, because I really enjoy it. And Caboose is a boss. A good place to hide the skull could be under one of the giant palm tree leaves, or around that area. |

I'd love to join, the Insurrection group is quite cool, but the only problem is that the only soldiers I have en masse are SW clone troopers... =(
