6753 Racer
This is an 6753 Alternate Racer I built. It turned out pretty good.
About this creation
Check out the rear grille. I really like how the spoiler turned out.

To bad the window struts had to be partially in red, but hey it's an alternate, there are bound to be some compromises!

The doors open.

Pretty amazing this is an alternate, nice job. I like the shape of it, the front reminds me a lot of the Ford GT. It even has steering, great work!

Quoting jorrit harms nice creation, how can you view the manual for it because i get a long page with numbers?
You have to right-click on the link and choose save file as. Furthermore, you have to have MLCad or LDView installed before you can use these instructions. You can read all about it on www.ldraw.org. Here you can download the necessary tools you need.

Quoting Thomas Graafland Cool!!! It looks realy nice! Does it represent a real life model? I like the opening doors! Awesome idea for the spoiler!! May I use your technique? I like the exhausts & the licence plate!! The 'round' front is also very good! Amazing car!!! :-D
Thank you for your comment! I used the 2008 factory five racing gtm supercar for modeling a bit. Trying to figure out the lines on the front end. You can use anything you like, I'm sure I'm not the first to use the tecnique. :-)

Quoting Pascal Imero Thank you for the detailed photos of the steering mechanism! Do you know what would be really great? If you could make it rebrickable. By that I mean create some instructions for it and post it on www.rebrickable.com/mocs
I will be making instructions via MLCad. I always back them up before I take 'em apart again. I'll see about the website. :-)

You know, the first time I saw this I didn't realize it was a alternate build, so that makes this MOC even better. I especially like the front and back of the car, well done. I'm not much into the cars but I love to see creations like this!

Thanks! I haven't yet put it into Ldraw, but I will when I have the time for it. I save all my creations before I break 'em up again. I'll post some pictures with the dashboard off soon, so you can see it.
