My first ever attempt at a Rat Rod, inspired by Ape Fight. I couldn't think of a better name >_<

About this creation

Built: 2011

Status: Dismantled

Rear, with big narrow wheels, and a triangle sun roof.

A shot with the roof off. I really like how the engine turned out :)

I didn't have the right part for the steering wheel, so I had to improvise.

The front, looking very old styled.

The side, not really much to say except to point out the relocated wheelbase.

The rear, with the taillight incorporated into the red stripe.

The top, giving a general overview of the car.

I've been really busy with school lately (I'm in year 11) so, sadly, I haven't had much time for LEGO. But in what spare time I can find, I've finished designing the engine and interior on LDD, so it's just a matter of ordering the bricks. But I've still got 3 more weeks of assessment before I'll order anything.

The engine/ front/ interior is all great and snazzy. The back needs some more detail, maybe a chrome bumper? As far as a fav, the rat's engine with the blue rod's cabin would look cool in my opinion.

Awesome looking Rat Rod for one so small, The engine is my favourite bit, although the interior is a close second (I like your improvised steering wheel!). Thanks for the mention too
