An Australian deep space battleship/carrier capable of multiple roles as needed to defend the far spread of the Australian Galactic Federation. (188 studs long)
About this creation

It was a strange place for such an historic moment, but in 10120 AD, the PAX Humanica as devised by GAIA director P.Levens was ratified aboard this vessel, by the Emporer Phillip III of GAIA, Prime Minister Karen Phillips of AUS-Space, President Tanya Roberts of AM-Space, Ming Xia Ping Director of Galactic China, and Garek Mobasa of the New Afrikan League.

Dignitaries from around the galaxy sit aound an aussie mess-room dinning table signing the PAX Humanica, aboard the HMS Southern Cross.

After the second Alien war, Human factions faced off in several destructive engagements. It seemed a re-established ANZUS treaty was at loggerheads with Galactic China, while GAIA was busy mopping up Draggone rebels who refused to cease hostilities. The PAX Humanica may have seemed the unlikliest outcome of a such a time but ended up being the response to the sudden outbreak of the 3rd Alien War - touted by experts as a war with no end in sight. (It seemed the Draggone figured that while humans turned upon each other, victory would be swift.)

The key point to the agreement was that GAIA's template for division of military assets and chain of command be applied throughout all territories of the human race. As such, there would never be fear of civil war between human factions again, and all concentration could be turned to destroying the Draggone menace once and for all!

Quoting Tom Simon Dude! I mean, malaka! Your lull, if you had one, didn't last long.
Hahaha, yeh, I kind of chipped away on this over the course of a month. I no longer have the wish to just sit and build for hours, but I found by just permanently dedicating a room to Lego mess, I can still churn out stuff, if more slowly- but this was actually fun, I really thought I hadn't another in me. Cheers mangas!

Quoting David Calvet You really are the spaceship-which-looks-like-a-boat-at-micro-scale master ! And I love this giant array of radars which looks like a sail...
Haha, thanx mate, the sail look is EXACTLY what that radar array was about, together with that Trireme bow, and the triple deck long cannons (representing an oar look, ) I was going for an ultramodern space Trireme look! Cheers for looking mate.

Great stuff man, glad I can finally see all the pics of this beut. Man, I love the bow of the ship, that shape is fantastic. Glad to see you're still active. Is it just me or are you trying to compensate for something (insert dastardly snicker here)! Feels strangely warm and gooey to comment again after such a long hiatus. This is definitely one of the best ships I have seen. I think it's great that your space ships have retained the earth bound (water) ship's hull. If I had to choose a favorite part of this build it would have to be the unique details that really make it pop and instantly recognizable....such as the radars, comm towers, and the shield pieces used to create the ships ident. Bravo mate....BRAVO!

Well, apparently my comment got modded... >.> However, that was a funny one because there were no pics. This is the serious one. Now that I see the pics, it is much more amazing than I could have pictured otherwise! You've outdone yourself big-time on this one, the whole thing is breathtaking, really.
