I love this little diorama man. It's so small but shows so much in amazing detail aswel. Congrats man ;)

Good diorama, and I love the detail of the rising gun platform.

The diorama is most amusing and you did a great job. and samuel starcraft is a semi old pc real time strategy game.

We're still waiting on a decision from you on my CYOA. If you're too busy or lost interest, I can find someone else to take over your character, but so far you've been a very good player and I'd prefer to keep you in the CYOA.

Awesome! Starcraft and Starcraft 2 are some of the best games evar!! I like that its based off of the original, rather than SC2... There's just to many people who haven't played the original!

Never seen anyone make a guntrap before, nor so well that it appears to have really popped out of the floor. I love how the entire scene looks straight out of that mission, as if all you did was shift from overhead to first-person perspective. And that hydralisk....whew, great use of parts.

Congrats on getting on the front page with this! So I'm going to be doing the MOC Olympics, but I will also still be working on the CYOA (episode 9 is up BTW). Hopefully I'll be able to post new episodes in a timely fasion. :)

Fantastic design! I really like the hidden gun turrets beneath the deck plates. Plus that alien is top-notch! Great job!

With the MocOlympics coming and a crap load of work due to real-life, the Plague is going to wait some more. But it's in the works as I slowly put the scenes together.

Great piece of work! The set, the characters, it all comes together nicely.

Great lighting. This reminds me of the Dead Space 2 video game, as well as some Portal thrown in with that lifted panel.

That's the problem I had with the Hydralisk too. Red eyes didn't look good, so I tried lime. But I didn't think of black. If I'll ever make an improved one I will use that.

Wow, great rendition of one of my all time favorite games. If I had one nitpick, it would be the hydra's eyes, the black eyes in the game made them seem more insect/hive minded, versus the glowing eyes the sequel, and your green eyed version have, making them seem as if they have a mind of there own.

Seriously?? I find it very striking that mostly everyone here doesn't know what it is. Starcraft is a science fiction real-time strategy game that came out in 1998 for the PC. (or just look it up on wiki). Also it's sequel, Starcraft 2, came out last year.

I've never played Starcraft, but I'm sure this MOC is better!

Like many who have commented, I'm not familiar with the game, but who cares! This is an awesome little vig! I love the blood spatter and gunfire holes in the walls details and that alien is sweet.

I've waited the whole day to comment on this one (just came back from work). I've never played Starcraft as a computer game, but I always wanted to buy the boardgame version. Blah blah blah anyway, your MOC is fantastic and the photos very well taken. Good atmosphere.

Never played Starcraft, but this is great. The gun poppin out of the ground is just... ingenius - did you make a mechanism so it can go back into the ground?

Nice work on the hydralisk! These were always my least favorite missions in Starcraft, indoor restriction, limited units and those annoying trap turrets! Great build man.
