About this creation
I built this when the first of the new Batman movies was out, I though I had destroyed it but found it in a box with some other MOCs I made when I first got back into Lego as an AFOL. Be kind this was designed and built by me a while ago! So here it is my first attempt at the new Batmobile "The Tumbler" ! The Batman minifig can go in the cockpit but it looks like I did not make much in there in the way of seating or controls. A project for improvement! Enjoy!

Wow, Chris, I haven't seen this one before! It's very detailed, especially for the rather small scale. Cool parts usage and grebbles, this is the real Tumbler look. May be you could modify it to transform into something, that would be SO cool! If anybody can do that, then it's you! Great job! :-))

it was built long b4 my legoformer phase. PS there are a few more non tranforming vehicles coming soon!

Thanks! I built this many years ago, I thought it was destroyed but found it in a storage box and photographed it recently for MOCpages. The trans orange I think was supposed to be headlights. I didn't want to disturb my original design intent so I left it as is. Maybe I'll do the interior and clean up the exterior design in the future.

Due to the scale you have to build these to be minifig scale, it takes a lot of special techniques and good parts usage to pull it off correctly. would have liked to see a shot of batman inside the cockpit, but thats not very important. pretty cool moc, it seems scale to the minifig. you should make a big one, one that can detach those batpod motorcycles like in the movie, thatd be really cool.

I think the scale is right I looked at some recent pictures online it looks about right. I was and am a stickler for accurate scale in reference to minifigs! Even then. Just need to fix up the interior!

My brother made a Tumbler closer to scale then the Lego's version awhile ago, but it died. :( Amazing job here, sir, even for an older creation! :D
