Commander Weaver. 16x16 does not refer to the picture size, it refers to the MOC size. 16 studs by 16 studs.

Rule #2 states "The name of the faction you are representing MUST BE THE FIRST WORD OF YOUR MOCs TITLE. For example: Metal Legion ambush!" From your title I can not tell who you are representing. Also, Rule #7 states "You may only post 3 pictures of your MOC and the intro pic counts as one of the three." Your intro pic is different from your "Before" pic. You're almost there, Commander, just a few details to straighten out. As Commander Rutherford would say, "Re-build! Post! Review! Attack!" Loyal to the Legion!
sorry.but i do not know how to change the size of the pictures.
