HOS-78-Obserber
The HOS-78-Obserber is a Conglomerate reconnaissance satellite.
About this creation

The satalites use powerful sensors to search the planet below. They can take high-resolution live video and pictures in any weather, day or night. They can see through clouds, and use synthetic aperture radar, a high powered telescope, signal easedropping, as well as other scanning methods. They can be locked into geocentric orbit above a country.

They are powered by two state-of-the-art solar panels.

For defence against anti-satalite weapons, the obserbers are armed with two anti-missile missiles. They are short ranged only, and designed to burn up in atmosphere. This way they cannot harm ground targets.

It has a small thruster on top, which gives it the ability to perform basic manuever.

It features a comunication antenna on the bottom of the satalite.

Quoting Christian Bish Nice, Observber can perice through Stroms, Very useful for trying to save people, I wonder can it see through an eletrical storm?
Actually, they are used for spying on enemy countries. But yes, as far as I know it could since real-life satalites can do that sort of thing.
