I think it's awesome! Looks almost like the one from the show. On a side note, how do you make the symbols? I have a transoformer I want to put on my page (but will do later, because I need to do other things first) and I want to put a logo on him.

I don't have a tut for this and probably won't make one. I like to keep my leader class designs unique! So i would say study this and other creations closely for ideas and design your own version of Megatron! cheers Chris

Though, May i make a sugjestion. If you were going to do exact g1 color sceam I think you replace gray with red bricks for the inside of the legs. Other than that Absulutely perfect!

This has got to be the most definitive G1 Megatron Legoformer since, oh yes, the last one you built. Which this surpasses. Love the light brick, the detail on the arms and torso and the enrgon cube! Top marks as ever!

Yes I am quite familiar with mechs and mecha - I grew up in the era that introduced them to us. But robots (mecha) that don't transform ..... booo! LOL!

Very good (as always) duh. But I have a suggestion. Have you heard of mechs or mechas because you would be a good builder of them ( they're like transformers that don't transform.)

I think you've really surpassed the original toy design, with which I was always a little disappointed. This is a better blend of the cartoon character and a viable transformation. Excellent!

Your best Megatron yet! He looks pretty sturdy and playable. I like the face on the robot, and of course, the gun looks fun to hold.

The new lightbricks are slightly different but you still need to hold the switch on or find a way to latch it on!

It's always been a toss up for me who was the BADDEST villian of the 80's. Cobra Commander, Megs or Vader. See, Vader was Bad(bleep) but he had that whole "redemption" at the end (a good thing mind you, makes him more sympathetic) and CC was just a whiner. Now Meggy on the other hand... just pure malice through and through. Gotta love him! Great work Chris! ~ Chris... the other one.

For some reason, I still like V3 better. I just feel this version is a little too chunky. But I like the smaller Fusion cannon, though! 4/5

As usual, really awesome work! My only criticism - I'm pretty OCD about keeping my alt modes solid as a rock, I'd HAVE to add a stud connection to hold that gun-mode barrel in place :P

How did I know that you were the one who made this...? I see a rediculously awesome megatron in "everyone's creations" and I said, "I am pretty sure Chris Roach made this." Sure enough, I was right! Amazing build buddy! I love how he transforms into the gun. I always thought Megatrons arm-mounted gun looked like a huge rifle scope :P

i just don't understand megatron,he and starscream are the exact same size but he transforms into a lousy pistol and starscream transforms into a friggin' F15!
