WThis scene is from George R.R. Martin's A Game Of Thrones. In the scene, 3 soldiers of the night watch, Gared the grizzled man-at-arms, Will the huntsman, and Ser Waymar Royce a knight, are stalking a group of savages called wildling raaiders. But mysteriously the wildling's camp is deserted...
About this creation
The grizzled man-at-arms Gared.

Ser Waymar Royce the knight.

An Other.

Will the huntsman.

The 3 soldiers ride into the wild on horses.

Gared is left to gaurd the horses, while Will and Ser Waymar venture ahead.

They spot the camp, but it is deserted, with only an axe and the remains of a fire left.

Will climbs a tree to look for the wildlings, but sees nothing

Will hears a noise when he is up in the tree.

Ser Waymar is dueling a pale creature called an Other. Others are half ghost half zombie like thing.

Ser Waymar is killed, and Will goes to investigate.

Ser Waymar's body gets up and strangles him

Gared runs away in fear, and is beheaded for deserting by Eddard Stark, the Lord of the north.

And so dies Gared, the last of the 3 soldiers who set out to kill a group of wildling's.
