Jeep Wrangler Rubicon
While MOCpages was.. emm.. sleepy, I wasn't. This is a MOC a created about a month ago.
About this creation
This is Jeep Wrangler Rubicon trim, 2-door hardtop version. Dark red with light bluish grey/dark red interior and extremely large wheels for going offroad. Once one guy on Flicker made a kind joke about my taste in LEGO colours and said, that one day I'm going to freek everybody out with something black as I was building only in white. Well - here it is - be freeked out! =) This one has no white brciks in it. I've decided that my white brick collection is whide enough and I need to focus on some other colours. Here is one of them - dark red. And I must note that this simply might be my favourite LEGO colour, so you might see other dark red cars from me sooner or later.

This MOC featurs everything openable (as always). Doors, trunk, tail gate (2 parts). It is a hard top version and the roof actually consists of three separately removeable parts - one for driver, one for passenger and one rear part - just like the original Wrangler has.

Enjoy! Some exterior pics.

Everything open

Engine detail. It was hard to squize anything in there as the hinging for its sloped nose geometry ate up almost all space there.

Light bluish grey interior with some dark red touching

Roof parts being removed one by one. You can take off any of those three parts whenever you want. There is no particular order to achieve this.

So topless... pictures. (No parental warning neede here =)

I hope you'll enjoy this. See ya...

Quoting T.K. - once in a two years - it's not a sin, we can afford that, can't we ;-)
Quoting Mark Kelso thanx, yeah, I try that sometimes. Some good friends of mine suggested me that, as I don't own a professional camera.
Quoting Nick Barrett Get uesd to that, there'll be more colors in my life now
Quoting DeTomaso Pantera yes, you're right. It was very sunny that day and even light bluish grey headlights look white here =) But you can trust me, it's dark red. There's no sense to lie to you all
Quoting Byan Link thanx. Actually these are the same pics and they all are on flicker too. Flicker just shows you first five of them and if you want to see them all you have to go to members photostreem which can be accessed just above the 'new from your contacts' streem
Quoting Senator. Chincilla. Beans? About hood angle - maybe, but not more than two plate height.
Quoting Liam Covevy well, it is, so - get sober =)

Cool beans! I like the overall shape, except the slope of the hood is a tad steep. And that removable roof is jolly good.
