This is my second prototype of a working electric outboard motor boat. The hull is from the Lego Police Boat (7287). A Lego Power Function M-motor (8883) acts as the powerplant. The Lego "L" mounts(3956), technic rods, and bevel gears make the 90 degree propellor driveshaft possible. I replaced the ship propellers(6041) used in my first prototype with aircraft propellers (2952) - the improvement pushes this boat 3x faster in the water. A Lego AAA battery pack (8880) was selected because it could be centered and mounted low inside the hull which made the boat more capsize resistant. The original rear stabilizer were repositioned to the front of the craft for better stability. This boat has been tested as *bathtub* worthy (she won't capsize and she'll glide from one end to the other end of the tub in a few seconds).
