David, This sculpture is quite nice. I think you took the topic in a nice direction. It's hard to say what would improve this MOC, I guess I'm forced to ask for a context. Is it a minifig scale fountain that exists in an art-deco plaza? Maybe that would have improved it. Thank you for sharing your take on the categories. ~Dave

Interesting take on the theme. While a fountain is nice, you went one further and made an owl fountain. It's definitely not an everyday build, but your creativity should get you far in the Olympics. Good luck!
