(from Belgium ) March 20, 2008
The creativity and the idea, that's what I vote on... If you ave enough bricks you should make more detailed and finished movie theater
(from England) February 25, 2008
cool i love it but the things i realy like are the people queing, the brilliant working screen so you could watch too and the nice easy quick roof now if you dont mind i am going to try and make my own with my portable dvd player.

I don't know why someone would give this a rating under 5. this is awesome!!!!
(from The Koya Republic) February 5, 2008
its cool how you used the laptop for the screen
(from hoth) November 26, 2007

(from Endsville) November 24, 2007
Ingenious idea, using a laptop for the screen. If the rest was in the right color, like the green walls, it would be a 5 for sure.
(from The ILT Managment Room) November 23, 2007
Cool. Come and see mine. But yours is way cooler. : P

Awesome!
How do you turn on and off the movies with the keyboard covered with Lego???
November 7, 2007
Nice never seen anybody else doing a working theater until now, wow your screen size def. beats mine (PSP), and you can fit way more people than my theater can. Please check it out and review.

What a great idea, just got a buy a laptop now...I tried the same kind of thing with my Mp4, giving me a lego size flat screen plasma TV

i think its good except i suggest having a wall on the end of the seats so that if someone falls asleep they dont land on the hallway below (ouch!)

When you just stand back and look at it it's lame, but working screen? That's brilliant! The bald guys are a problem too... Gee, your LEGO guys watched Cars before I did! -- -- Michael

Make a new version with the "now playing "sign

Very creative concept, and a lot of great ideas. Well done... but don't forget the fire exits for that 80 mini-figs seating capacity :O !!! Understand the brick limitations, but maybe move some of the dark grey 1x2 blocks you used at top down to the bottom to simulate a door.
(from Medrios) May 31, 2007
I made a theater once when I was six... of course, back then I'd never heard of a laptop.
(from Netherlands) May 31, 2007
That is an amazing idea. Very cool. I wonder what the minifigs are thinking of the movie?

Awesome! I love it! This is so creative! Aaaaahhhhh! This is so cool!
(from ion imperials drop ship) April 9, 2007
wow lol thats creative and the amount of detail for thems better then real ;life lol :)
(from Wisconsin) March 20, 2007
Overall a very good build and very creative idea to integrate the laptop. Color scheme could use some work, but as you said, you were low on bricks. A litte more interior detail might be nice and maybe some type of flagstone floor in it or something like that. Using tiles out front to define a sidewalk and parking area might also add to the realism. Very cool though and again, I love the use of the laptop!
DavidG March 20, 2007
Very nice! Only one problem. Radiation from sitting on the keyboard or too close to the screen seem to have made all the patrons go bald. ;-)
(from Virginia, U.S.A.) March 19, 2007
This is awesome. I like how you used your laptop keyboard area as your creation base and the screen for the movie screen. This is very creative. Fantastic job.

Wow!.... In my opinion, since there is no room inside you should make a popcornstand/canteen outside in the corner to the right.
(from does not compute! destroy, destroy, destroy.... *laser fire*) March 18, 2007
shaweet, thats were I would send my soldiers after a brikwars battle!
(from Brazil) March 18, 2007
Brilliant idea to integrate a laptop! but it could have some more detail
(from Kansas, USA) March 18, 2007
This is great! I love how you integrated your laptop into the design. It would be cool if it had a restroom.
(from between my ears, behind my eyes) March 18, 2007
this is brilliant! at first i thought you'd just added an LCD monitor, but integrating a laptop is genius!
