MO Round 1: Fire
At the onset of this build, I debated whether or not a water-dropping helicopter constituted as fire or water. Upon deciding to build a forest fire to show case it in, I decided it was best suited in the 'fire' category. Also, college general education REALLY sucks.

Great job, I love the look of those burnt tree-skeletons, and the way you did the front of the helicopter looks very nice.

It would be epic if you made it so the helicopter would be supported by the water.

This is pretty good. I love that water simulation, how it falls onto the fire between the trees and stuff. The only thing I don't particularly like are those trans clear bricks you use for the helicopter to stand. You could've put him on strings like a puppet or just add it in photoshop. Other than that a very cool creation!

Really nice work! The fire looks awesome and the helicopter is amazing! I'd personally add some trans blue studs on the water, wouldn't want to lose that awesome falling water technique! Anyway, good luck and great work ;)

Great scene, although i agree that the falling water being the same colour as the supports detracts from the overall impression somewhat.

Nice, though you can't really tell the difference between the supports and the water from afar.

boy, do you have a lot of trans pieces! ok, wonderful piece! outside pics are cool, but, you pushed it further, this is great, my main object would be the copter windsheild,... it has none! that minus aside, it s very ...hot!!!

Excellent work, I love the charred trees and the water effect. I would have liked to see you figure out a way to hold the helicopter up just with the water as support though.

Quoting Dave Shaddix This is fantastic! ...sorry. Muey Fantastico! You've built minifig-scale sculpture here. I hope you can display this somewhere, it needs to be seen dude. The ONLY thing I would suggest, is work on a way for the bucket and water to support the helicopter. That way you can get rid of the two columns. I know it would be tricky and terribly unstable, but you'll figure it out.
Thanks for the kind words. I had thought about doing a rig with fishing line or something like that, but decided against it because it seemed like more work than it should be. I'm lazy like that I guess! :)

You're keeping this, right? I hope you're keeping this. It's an amazing build! The heli is stunning, absolutely amazing. The scene to go with it is equally great. It really does look like a forest fire! The water drop effect is excellent too, it has the perfect shape! Excellent job!

Sweet stuff. I'm doing fire as well, halfway done and Tyler H. posts his entry! *head/desk* Best bit here is the forest fire.
