I'm sorry to say the coast guard would not have that mech, it would be painted haze grey and under the authority of the Navy. Navy always the cooler toys.

Very unique concept...very well executed. Some people may frown at the Bionicle style joints, but I think they help give it a fluid organic look...nice work!
