Absolutely beautiful work. By the way, I borrowed your White Horse design again, this time to give it wings! I'd love to get your thoughts on the addition: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/348081

Quoting j p I was just looking at your other model, "Decepticons in Africa." Good job on that one, too! I like how you were able to get the details on Soundwave and Laserbeak at such a small scale. Another suggestion for your Transformer models in general is not to attach pieces at 90 degree angles, and use as few square-ish pieces as possible. (This just makes it look a little more interesting.) Something I discovered that works really well for Transformers is the 4mm rigid tubing pieces. You can bend them any way you want to create curves and complex shapes (like in my "DOTM dread WIP" model). Also, I like to use "illegal" connections, like how you attached the clip pieces in Laserbeak's tail. I hope this was helpful!
Thanks for your comments and your help!

Here's a pretty long answer to your question: overall, the model looks pretty good. Now, I'm assuming that you were going for a movie-accurate style for this. One of the things you could improve on is proportions. I was looking at Megatron concept art to compare your model with, and I noticed that the legs are almost as long/bulky as the rest of the body, and the head is much smaller. The arms, shoulders, and upper torso look good, though. I also like the cape. From an artistic perspective, I think you could have made parts of the model look less block-like and more organic, maybe by using more "greebles", or by using pieces and techniques that look like the characteristic twisted metal shapes used in the Transformers movies. You should take a look at Mike Nieves' models; he uses some interesting connections and techniques, which are very inspirational. So, all in all, I like the model, and hope that you'll continue to keep building and getting even better!

Very nice and detailed scene. Awesome movie aswell... especially when you live in Illinois. Side note, the filming spot in Chicago was packed everyday, and most of those bridge scene explosions were real.
