About this creation

THis is just to post something. In my AP Portfolio class, we were supposed to make a presentation of our favorite artist. Although the bulk of my stuff will be made of Ceramic Clay (Did I forget to mention I'm the only one in the class doing 3D art while everyone is doing 2D?), I'm making something out of LEGO. I don't have a favorite artist because I don't pay attention to modern artists or even past artists, but I love LEGO. So I had a choice to make, Sean Kenny or Nathan Sawaya. Sorry Sean, I went with Nathan. The assignment now is to create a piece that is inspired by the artist. So right now, I'm about half way done.

My room is such a mess. I climb over this stuff everyday. Just the downside of whenever I build. I get out all the bins of colors and make a mess.

The basic sketch of the piece. Don't judge me on coloring or drawing abilities. I did this in like three minutes. Some things are subject to change, but most is concrete. I hate working off of references, so I won't be looking at this, but I drew this for you guys.
