Idea came to me while watching How It's Made on TV. I saw this one company cutting steel with compressed water...
About this creation
Name: Aquas

Titles: the Empress of the Ocean, the Monsoon

Power Rank (out of 1,000): 750

Special Abilities: Able to force extremely compressed water out of her hands. Unfortunately, the water is too powerful to use normally so she has to wear a steel glove.( Otherwise it would sclice her hand. )

Personality: Quiet and nice.

Aquas was an orphan and outcast as a child and didn't seem to fit in with the other children. When she reached 10 years old, she discovered her power over water and as a result, she severely sliced her hand open. Later, when she was 11, she ran away from her town and met up with Inferno, the future Emperor of Flames who gave her shelter and a metal glove so that she could harness her power without hurting herself. They have always been friends and travel with eachother everywhere. Very short but sweet build. I think it turned out pretty cool.

she is really cool. i think that if you gave her one of those ripped up type capes she would look a little better ,but still cool
