Story:During the years of Metru Nui's golden ages, Theodor was created by mata nui as one of the four toa of ice within the toa mangai along with toa lhikan. When Makuta Teridax took on the form of Turage Dume, he used the dark hunter Nidhiki to destroy Theodor, luckily, Theodor survived the assassination but was put into stasis mode until mata nui was awakened. Stripped of his Ice powers, Theodor befriended a onu-metru bat called Khazad who helped him learn how to have control over all elements, he eventually arrived at mata nui just as makuta took control over the giant robot. When makuta was killed, Theodor helped keep the peace between the villagers, years later, Theodor slowly became forgotten, and became a myth among matoran. He later remerged to form the toa Kotoro when another evil force threatened to destroy the matoran.

Awesome the 3 turning heads remind me of that guy from He-Man XD

The head is what really makes this great, never seen anything like it before. In regards to the rest of the body, you just need to work out the preportions to make him more flowing. Also add more armor all around. Again, great job!
