A Bionicle-Halo Elite and some updates on my self-MOC, Solunus. Enjoy!

Although the head design isn't based off any actual Elite helmet, I think it turned out pretty good.
Cloaking and Shields, two things every Elite needs.
And a weapon, of course.
I chose to build a plasma pistol because it was easy. Plus, who is going to use a needle rifle in the close-quarters of a Covenant cruiser?
Simple, yet effective.

Okay, now on to the upgrades. First off is the hands. I had to make a slightly less pretty back for flexibility, but I think it looks just fine. The main thing is the clone pistol thumbs, which hold my weapons handles slightly better than right-angle pieces like t-joints.
I also customized the waist.
It looks almost exactly the same as the old, one piece waist, but I widened the hips a bit so his thick thighs would have more range of motion.
The last thing is a minor upgrade to his grenade launcher.
The handle has been improved to fit in Solunus' hand better, the stock has been lengthened some, and tubes have been placed where there was once bare axle, giving the weapon a fuller look.

Cody, I really appreciated that comment on my Baryonyx, but I still am baffled as to how to take good photos. I used a lamp on him, but still, the photos didn't turn out very good. If you could give me some instructions or something, I'd really appreciate it.

Yours is a good design, but it is in no way similar to my design. Mine only has one system piece at the tip.
I'm looking at this and thinking, Bionicle, ugh. Then he pulls out a lightsaber! Excellent! And I may not be a fan of Bionicles, but I still recognize the skill that goes into building them, great work!
That Elite didn't even have a chance to pull out it's energy sword!! If he did, then he'd probably have won!! As an old comment goes: "Shipmaster, they outnumber us, three to one!" "Then it is an even fight." Anyway, nice 'Leet!
Freaking awesome! Love his plasma pistol and the head design is genious! Love your idea of using the masks too >:D Anyway, he has been designed VERY well! Great work ;)
I don't know Halo, but this thing looks very nice! I think this is a strong alien, as you could see on his legs, the bulky and clean torso, and the powerful arms! And of course his small weapon is great! No big upgrades on Solunus, still pretty good. Excellent work on this!
Woah! Super awesome! Witch Doctor sure came in handy! This guy is epic! The torso and limbs are fantastic, the weapon is cool and the head is just EPIC WIN! The updates for Solunus is also epic! Awesome job!

FANTASTICO! Really the shipmaster is great and altough i don't have halo, i can appreciate a good moc. Solunus is also looking quite good, the updates make him appear more human like. Great job as always!
I've opted to make it a weekend only thing, after having a very realistic dream about skype. It was almost as bad as when I was going through my excessive amounts of Nazi Zombies phase.
