Military ARFF pair - Delivered
1980s Amertek MACI and 2011 Ford/Crash Rescue CAV
About this creation
This pair of Military ARFF units was recently designed and delivered by WBA.

First is an Amertek Military Adaptation of a Commercial Item (MACI), a unit produced by Amertek for use on military airfields. This unit was designed to capture the unique style of Amertek's cabs and bodies:

Next up is a more modern Crash Rescue Combined Agent Vehicle (CAV) on a Ford chassis, modelled after units recently delivered to the US Army. Unlike the more traditional MACI, these small vehicles use newer technologies such as CAFS and combined foam/water systems. Our version features ample storage space and a detailed pump panel:

Both units are built on WBA's modular building system for greater playability.

Thanks again to our buyer for shopping with WBA!

The majority of Middlebrick's apparatus were designed by WBA and the quality is awesome. We also highly recommend this builder for his speed, thoroughness and talent. Christian, his email is: west.bottombrick.apparatus@gmail.com

Awesome rigs, absolutely love them, and for anyone who wants to see them in action as well as any other rigs I have from WBA you can go to www.midlegocityfd.com These 2 rigs are on the link for station 7 at the bottom of the main page. If anyone wants a good quality rig I speak as a buyer, WBA has some of the best with ample storage and solid bodies. If you choose the assemble on your own option be careful that you're good at building his design and techniques are very advanced for a new builder but where Lego digital designer does not show placement of some parts (wheel wells) he gives a typed section of notes telling what step # to place them before moving on. Very satisified customer, and still buying.

Quoting Christian Collins These are beautiful trucks! If you dont mind me asking, what is the pricing on the Ford?
I don't really want to discuss it in public since this was a custom order, but feel free drop me an e-mail!
