Mask: Mask of Teleportation (Not transportation, there is a difference!)
Weapons: Shock Batteries mounted on his legs.
Two Squidges that increase his electrical power.
Lightning that channels through his feet/hands.
Duel blades.
I will come up with a story for him later.
Also when I built this i wanted it to be really ridiculous I was trying to have fun with it.
Thats why the color scheme is a little strange :P
I wanted to go for a sort of "Samurai" look with his ridiculous legs.
