So much detail...I can't comment on all of it! Great use of techniques, my favorite was the candy cane. The factory is cool, but do you have the tiles to make it smooth-floored? I don't. :)

Thanks Quad, that blog is really well written, simple but still informative. I do think Pirates Remorse was not the best example from my work for the tile technique, I would have gone for Magisters Pinnacle myself, though it doesn't show the gradation as clearly - which could be the reason for your choice. Anyway, thanks and its always nice to get blogged :)

Well done on advancing Thoy, it's a build worthy of the win even if Stormy hadn't had such bad luck. I love the bridge, the clever details in the back room, the unusual construction for the boat. Where did all those gold plates come from? The real skill here is having a wonderfully colourful build without the variety being overwhelming. Great job.

As Stormbringer already announced, he was not able to post his entry in time, but seeing with what you came up, I know it wouldn't have been easy for him to beat you. Very colourful but not too flamboyant. I very much love details like the ripples around the waterfall with the dark brown tiles.

I tried to as much as possible. The kids: Mike is first on the path, Violet with the wacked hair, Charlie with his Gramps and Verusa in the boat.

Well, it started with me wanting the Tower Bridge set - Mel told me NO!!! She is very supportive of me and a real back bone in my campaign.

That's a great diorama with many details and a lot of interesting building techniques. The best is, of course, the bridge. Almost incredible, that a shape like this can be built in LEGO - Great job!

The details in the chocolate river are incredible. Really, the whole thing is, as usual. Even if Stormbringer does manage to get something posted, he'll have his work cut out for him, as this is truly one of the most impressive entries seen so far. Good luck!

Oh Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the only musical I can listen to and not go insane. Despite my comment is on the movie and not the book, this is such a vibrant scene and well designed. Why must Wonka candy bars be so hard to find( literally). :(
